Do you want to make positive changes to your life? Whether overcoming personal challenges or achieving lifetime goals, Hypnotherapy may be able to help you.
Hypnotherapy consultations are totally confidential. The sessions are drug free, with no side effects and are concluded in a short time.
There are two types of Hypnotherapy - Suggestion Therapy and Analytical Therapy. Suggestion Therapy can help with, amongst other things, stopping smoking, weight management, improving confidence and reducing stress.
Analytical Therapy is used for more complex conditions such as depression, panic attacks, addictions and phobias.
Hypnotherapy can also be very beneficial to help children overcome many problems. I only ever work with a child as long as an adult is present at all times.
