INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (Champissage)
Indian Head Massage (Champissage) is a wonderfully relaxing massage of the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. It soothes, comforts and rebalances the flow of energy to produce a feeling of peace and tranquility. The massage is performed through light clothing, with the client seated in a chair.
By concentrating on the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension, Indian Head Massage provides a de-stressing programme for the whole body. Relieving tension in these key areas unlocks the energy trapped in the muscles, encouraging the flow of blood and thereby re-energizing every part of the body.
Indian Head Massage can provide many benefits, including relief from:
- neck and shoulder stiffness
- stress
- tension headaches
- eyestrain
- tinnitus
- jaw ache
- sinus congestion
- insomnia and disturbed sleep
- mental tiredness
- anxiety and depression
Additional benefits can be gained from the optional use of special oils to nourish hair roots, promoting improvement in the condition of the hair and even reducing hair loss in some cases.
