Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese healing therapy following similar principles as acupuncture by working on a system of energy channels or 'meridians', using carefully applied pressure and gentle stretching techniques to stimulate and rebalance energy.

Shiatsu can be helpful for the following conditions - stress, headaches and migraine, digestion, IBS, RSI, insomnia, circulation problems, fatigue, neck, back and shoulder pain/stiffness, arthritis, sciatica, reproductive disorders, pregnancy, emotional problems, concentration, sports and general injuries.
